The Village of Moscow provides sanitary sewer and trash/recycling services for residents of the Village of Moscow. The fee is $20/month for use of the sanitary sewer and $25/month for trash/recycling service. These fees are billed quarterly to residents at each dwelling unit which shall be payable as stated on the billing. Any bill not paid when due shall have a late payment fee of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid balance added on to the next statement.
